Nice location, close to the VA/Wishard hospital, well lit, spacious. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food choices are varied and very tempting. Pho have the regular and the super bowl size (approx 1.5 regular and priced accordingly). Food comes out in proper sequence with drinks and appetizers and the main coming just when you are done. Broth is light and clear with plenty of noodles. Meat is a little sparce but good quality especially the meatballs. Veggies is great considering its sourced in Indy. They only take Visa/Mastercard and of course cash. Value 7/10.
