By South Carolina Pho standards, Saigon Moon is not bad. The main problem is the lack of authentic ingredients. For instance, they are always out of fresh cilantro and basil, even though they are in the same strip mall as a Publix supermarket. Saw-tooth herb? Fuggedaboutit! Also their portions are relatively small.
