This restaraunt is now called pho 99, there has been several more pho restaraunts that have been open since then that I think are better, but for a decent bowl of pho if your in the neighborhood, its pretty good.

Fatty, cloudy broth. Tried this place 4 times! i really wanted to like it because it was so close to my house. PHO LY is hands down the best place to get a great bowl in B'ham.
