I cannot give a review on the meat since I got a pho without any meat, but the broth and noodles did not impress me. I've had quite a bit of pho now from a lot of different places, and Pho HIHO just doesn't make the cut when it comes to excellent pho. Thank goodness my time in this neighborhood (Georgetown) is going to be brief. I gave it the ol' try and wanted it to be good. The noodles were way too overcooked. The broth didn't have enough flavor and lacked that specialness that a good bowl of pho provides. I've had much fresher sprouts.
