Sione
The meat tasted a bit "old" and aside from that, everything was about average but at a bit of a pricier price than average. There was also not much in the soup besides the broth.
Pho Phan
This is my second favorite place to eat Pho, so far. I've not been to too many as I have a definite local favorite. If you get takeout from this place, if you add the entire cup of the sauce mixture, your mouth will be burning in no time. I would recommend only adding half if you want to perk up your broth. The Pho is very tasty and good though.
