I eat here mostly because it is an average to good restaurant and it is in my town. The soup sometimes tastes like the broth might be from instant bouilion. But I am not sure. It doesn't seem to be as fresh as the broth I get in the New Orleans Pho houses. After saying that, I do like the soup, egg rolls and spring rolls here. Quaint clean little reastaurant and nice people. If you are in the Slidell area, by all means, stop and enjoy. But, for a better soup, go to New Orleans, where I enjoy the Pho Bang and Pho Tau Bay restaurants more.

It's a nice little restaurant with excellent food. I eat here at least once a week because I'm addicted to the pho.
