This place serves up a variety of amazing pho and the people who run the place are wonderful and friendly. I have never been disappointed and have found myself eating there three times a week on occasion . . . It's that good!

I was so sad when I first moved to CT, because I couldn't find a Pho place close by. Then we found this place and it beats most of the places I ate at in NYC.
The broth is fantastic with layers of flavor, and the noodles are just right (and there's not so many that you don't have space for soup). Everything is fresh and they serve *limes* not lemons (as it should be)! The meat isn't paper thin, but the quality is good and it's thin enough to see it cook in the broth.
The staff is very friendly and their Veggie version of pho is actually really good. This place is a jewel!

my mother and I are always in search of great pho. There are a few in the Hartford area but this one beats them all. You will not be disappointed.

This little noodle shop have the best pho I've eaten so far! There are several places in the Hartford area, but they're no where compare to this place. The pho is not oily, it's fresh. I eat here atlease 3 times a week. I brought severals friends to this place, and they too like myself become addicted to this little noodle shop! The staffs are so friendly along with their great menu, a true treasure!

I've read the reviews above and went to Pho Mai last weekend.The pho is to die for(the broth is very rich)!My friend got the hot and sour soup with tofu, and he love it.Overall, it was an EXELLENT meal. We're comming back there this weekend to try some more new things on the menu.CAN'T WAIT

It's ok....but appears to have been de-asianed for the majority of the customers.

So sad... Pho Mai has closed at this location as of April 28...
