I eat there at least once a week. My friends and I have tried it all in Salt Lake and this is BY FAR the best and the service there is great too!

This place has the most extensive Vietnamese menu in town.
The Ban Xeo here is really good although they could have provided more lettuce for it.
The Pho is excellent and comes in small or large bowls. They give you the sawtooth herb in addition to cilantro, basil, sprouts, lime and jalepeno's!

Amazing Service, long time family customer, greeted by name every time I go in, the menu is huge, I've never seen so many choices for Pho. The broth is always just right, just lean enough, just seasoned enough, always served piping hot. The vegetables are abundant, always fresh, never been disappointed with them. The meat, sometimes I get a fatty cut of meat when I'm craving something lean, not to say it was a bad cut, but I had to nitpick somewhere.
