A VietNamese Food Lover
Pho Saigon is the best vietnamese restaurant I've ever eaten at.Even though they just opening for 2 months I think, But I really fall in love with this place, their foods are so good and the services are so nice which you can never get at any vietnamese restaurant in whole Bay Area. This restaurant is my most highly recomended to whoever really wants to enjoy a real vietnamese food. They open from 10:00AM to 9:00PM Tuesday-Sunday. Closed on Monday so check them out I am sure you will love this place at the first moment you step in.

Can't rate the Noodles - never tried. However, what I have tried is their Lunch Combination Fried Rice. I'm Asian and I've tried Chinese, Filipino, Japanese, Thai, Korean, and American fried rice. This is, by far, the best fried rice I've ever had. The smell is great, the flavor is distinct, and the taste is 100% delicious! So, if you're a person who really loves fried rice, you will definitely be happy with Pho Saigon's Combo Fried Rice plate ($5.95 as of 10/4/06)!

Excellent Pho! I used to go to Pho restaurants in Sacramento but now I'm very happy I don't have to drive an hour to go to an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Suprisingly the service was very good. Very impressed. Will recommend to friends and family.

We tried the PHO GA (Chicken rice noodle soup) & HU TIEU/MI GA (Rice/Egg noodle soup W/Chicken).
The resturant looked to be staffed properly. The service was good and food preparation timely. Table and glassware were clean. Restrooms were very clean (open for less than 6 months in new building). Have eaten there about 10 times w/a couple of takeouts.

Have been waiting for a good Phở Restaurant in the South Placer area for some time. I have been rewarded, No more 30-50 minute drives to find good Phở. Their noodle & rice plates are great too. Will keep telling all about it, great place.

The pho is really bad here! I would not try it here i tried it 2 times. One on there grand opening day. The place was busy and needed more waiters. One guy waiter was running everywhere but he was the only one that was refilling our drinks. The broth had no fragrance, The soup tasted like it came out of a packet. But i have to say that their Spicy Beef soup is good. And there grilled beef and egg rolls. But if you really want good food try Saigon Bistro, not so far away but so much better. Dont go here...

This place is terrible. Dont go here they can not run a restaurant at all. The food is way to expensive for quality. Dont understand why their still open?

it's good, but you don't leave with a full stomach no matter wat you order. they need to give you more food. i dont know if it's because its in rocklin or wat, but im gonna need more food than i recieved. ive ordered their large pho, which is like a medium at hoa viet, and i have had their grilled beef over rice where it was proly less than 1/4 lb of beef precooked

Nothing special. There food is not great at all And you get rude service for free.
