This is a wonderful restaurant!

I have tried several Pho Restaurants in the area. This one is hands down the best! The food is superb.
A lot of Pho restaurants are missing ambiance. -Not this one! The service is friendly, efficient, without being over bearing.I love the fact that they offer a kids menu. This is my son's favourite too!

I have tried most of the Pho in the region and none of them seems to have that "catch"...until I came to this one. The broth are amazing! The customer service is pretty nice. The thing I like about this restaurant is the great meat!

The best pho place in northern virginia--I wish there was one closer to Manassas!

This place was terrible in service, their pho might be okay but it's broth is very watery meaning low in favor. and small amount of noodles.

also they seat you not by first come first serve but by how many people you have. if you have 4 to 2 you will be seated first...money grubbers.

this place sucks...plenty better places around

Not good...very watered down broth. If you really care about he taste of your soup, you will go to the Viet House on rt. 29 in Fairfax...easily the best broth and best spring rolls in the area. Dont be a fool...stay away from pho bistro

Jim
bad service, weak broth, no taste and very expensive in comparison to other Pho places in the Centreville area.

This place is awesome

I actually preferred the broth from Pho Hoang, which was right down the road, but unfortunately it closed down. The broth is not as flavorful as other Pho houses. But with some lime juice, basil leaves and hoisin sauce, I can eat it with gusto. The good thing about Pho Bistro is that you can get rice platters if you are not in the mood for pho which aren't bad since the pork chops are grilled nicely.

After months of absence from the US, as most Vietnamese would have, I had a craving for pho. My mother took me to Pho Bistro and declared that it is the best in NVA. She is partially right. The service is impeccable and friendly; the table tops are squeaky clean, a definite plus.
The pho came with a clear fragrant broth, a good portion and good tasting beef nam and sach overall good but well, here goes: as a Bac ky (native of the North, I am born in the South but weaned on pho bac), I insist that the broth (nuoc pho) must have a hint of star anis (hoa hoi) and may be some cinnamon (que). Thinly sliced green scallion is also a must. These three elements were missing and thus my enthusiasm was dampened. These omissions might have been deliberate to cater to the majority of customers frequenting the restaurants. I noticed only two Vietnamese (me and Mom) among the happy slurping crowd. Apart from my idiosyncrasies, Pho Bistro deserves its reputation.

Pho Bistro deserves credit for its delicious food, great service, and a nice environment.

AWESOME!!! I have tried practically every pho place in Northern VA, and this is simply the best. You can taste the freshness in the noodles. It's not starchy and don't break apart like at other places. You get plenty of meat. They even have pictures of the meat on the menu so you KNOW what it is you're ordering. The broth is simply amazing. I think they don't use MSG in the broth because my husband can eat here even though he has an allergy to MSG. The people who work here are actually friendly. Despite being really busy every time I come in, the servers always have a smile and they always manage to check on us to see if we needed anything else. You just don't get this kind of service at other pho restaurants in the DC area!!!

This place is AMAZING. By far the best I have ever been too

Pho Bistro is by far the best pho I have ever had, there are tons of pho places in NoVa but none compare to this. The service is great and prompt. Overall I highly recommend Pho Bistro!

You can't beat Pho Bistro. They've expanded so you can now usually get a seat when the peak traffic hits. The Pho is excellent, and now with the bigger restaurant you don't have to worry about sitting by the door in winter.

This place has terrible customer service and the broth is so watery. This is not authentic vietnamese Pho. Authentic vietnamese Pho will have cilantre and star anis as well as cinnamon flavor in the broth. If you want good authentic Pho try Pho 75. You will not see any vietnamese people eating there for the sole reason that their Pho sucks.

I love this Pho Restuarant, it's not like your traditional bowl of pho, so it's a great change of taste, for frequent Pho eaters. Everything you look for in pho, tender meat and noodles, rich broth with a slightly different taste ( I don't think they put Anise in it, but I have no idea). It's hands down my favorite pho, only because I feel like they are in a seperate category, than the rest of the D.C. area pho's.
