I love the flavor at this place, great soup, egg rolls and spring rolls. The staff not so helpful. You won't always get the soup that you order because it is all the same price, or maybe they think you won't notice. I don't really mind though, the price is good and if I really want tendon and tripe I guess I can get it somewhere else.

The newly renovated restaurant is wonderful. The food is very good. It's not the best I've had, but incredibly good for the money. I highly recommend as an outing if you're in the Philadelphia metro area.

Pho is really good for price and all in the area. People are super friendly that's the big plus and free tea!

After reading the reviews we decided to check it out. The spring rolls were very good. Sorry to say that they were the only thing good. The soup broths had no flavor at all and they were lukewarm at best. Once the soups hit the table we had to wait a while for the broth to cook the meat. It was Saturday night at about 6pm and the place was practically empty.

Pho 38 used to have great pho before the shopping center it belongs to was renovated. Now it is average. The broth tastes like MSG water. Overall they don't seem to care about the quality like they used to.
