Excellent Spring Rolls. Pho Ga Rocks! Yummy Bun

Overall a tasty bowl of Pho, only complaints would be the broth is a bit on the murky side, but still very flavorful, and the Bo Vien have are a bit on the chewy side. Good veggies, fresh, and they have the Sawtooth herb here too, its nice, not everywhere has it. Also, this place is a car wash, so you can have your pho while your car gets cleaned!

Having just moved to MOdesto from the Bay Area, we are used to having a lot of Pho Restaurants to chose from. When we foumd this Pho, we were very excited to try it out. Needless to say, overall, we were very very disapointed. Understandable, that the restaurant was small, but it was also very very dirty. We had, to get up and ask for our drinks which came nearly at the end of our meal ,and when our meal did come it was all wrong. My husband ordered the number 7 but recieved the number 3. I ordered the chicken small but recieved a X-large. My broth was good but hus was very very bland. I suppose the only really good thing was the spring rolls.Definitly going to try out the other two restaurants. But this one, I am never going back to.

I was disappointed. It started with the parking lot when I had to park next to a very smelly garbage can and tried to hold my breath as I walked into the restaurant. I will ignore that they made me wait so they could clean a smaller table since I was by myself instead of seating me at an already clean, larger one. I understand business. The vegetables were very dried and browning, did not look fresh, all of the meat was very fatty, and it took me a very long time to get my one small bowl. Also, the server set the entire tray down on my table, which had the orders for another table and left them there as he was bringing the bowls one at a time to the other table. No way! I will not go here again. The prices were just the same as I pay at any other place, so it is not like you are getting what you are paying for or anything.
