Good, inexpensive. A little light on the meat, but you can get xtra for a little more cash

The first Pho restaurant that I actually really can smell and taste the beef broth since I move here to Colorado 6 months ago. To have a good bowl of Pho is to taste the beef broth and if you cannot smell and taste the beef broth then is not the right bowl of Pho at all. Overall nice location, clean, and I get treat really nice from the peoples work there. Keep up the good work now.

I have never been to a Pho place or even a restaurant where the wait staff was so rude and disrepectful. I'm a vietnames and i love pho so much and it hurts me to write something like this but this place "sucks". please excuse my language but this is no other words to describe it. Broth is too sweet and too much "msg". please take me words for it. Please just close down and reinvent the broth and service.

Don't eat pho here. The broth has no flavor. waste of time and money. There other food is alright. But not the pho.

I have tried alot of pho place, and this one is excellent. You have to taste the broth to appreciated it. It is not sweet like Pho 79, Duy, 88th, etc... I HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH THE PERSON WHO WROTE ABOUT THIS PLACE WITH BAD SERVICE AND PHO NOT BEING GOOD. I THINK THERE SERVICE IS GREAT. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TO A PLACE WHERE THE WAITER,WAITRESS ACTUALLY TALK TO YOU AND HAVE A DESCENT CONVERSATION. ALL THE OTHER PHO PLACE DON'T EVEN TALK. ALL THEY CARE IS TAKING YOUR ORDER, AND TAKING YOUR MONEY. MOST OF THE OTHER PHO PLACE CAN'T EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH THAT WELL. SO I GUESS THE PERSON THAT WROTE THE REVIEW MUST REALLY HAVE A BAD DAY OR MAYBE HAVING "PMS". DON'T SAY BAD STUFF ABOUT ANY PLACE UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY KNOW THEM.

Like I said, a really pho eater need to know what is in the broth. And please, don't even bring up the "MSG" thing. You have no idea what other place like 79, DUY, 88 use in their broth. Let say, i know people who use to work in those place and you would paid me just to tell you what they put in their. JUST A HINT,IT IS EVEN ILLEGAL IN THIS COUNTRY. HAVE A GOOD DAY AND EAT MORE PHO:)

Hi there folks. Finally found a website that is dedicated to Pho and it's location. After going through this website, and reading all the review for each pho including 79, duy, 88th, 1st, and saigon. I have went and tried mostly all of the popular one that people have been raving about and i'm very disappointed. I don't know if people know what they're writing sometime or if they even know what "Pho" is. I read the review for Pho Saigon here in superior and quite frankly, i'm really impressed with the service and food they serve here. Not to sound professional, but I use to own a Pho restaurant in Chicago (yes, Chicago where the critic is very heavy on food) and sold my business to move out here for the beautiful view. I can't believe one of the review that somebody wrote saying the service here was bad and the Pho "sucks". Not to defend or offend anybody, but I think the service here is probably the best for any Pho restaurant here in the Denver Metro area. The waiter/waitress was very well respectful, cheerful and always talking with all there customer. Now you can't tell me 79, Duy, 88th etc..., have waiter/waitress that actually talk to you. I feel that a good restaurant is a restaurant that the waiter/waitress make you feel at home. They greet you with a smile. So I don't know if the person that wrote a bad review about Pho Saigon is high on drugs or what. And the sad thing is that she say she is Vietnamese and it hurt her to write the review. And just one more thing, Pho Saigon is really good and not sweet like the other person wrote. If you want sweet, try Pho 79 out in aurora or there other 3 location. If you want a sour Pho,then tried Pho Duy here in Broomfield. Hey if you want ginger pho then you got to tried Pho 88th in Federal Heights. A good pho eater, can pretty much smell and taste what is in the Pho broth. Oh yeah, tried using my niece and nephew who is 6 and 4 years of age as a Pho taster. They are so allergic to "msg" that each time they eat at any pho place that use alot of msg, there mouth and eyes would turn pink red and yes, we ate at Pho Duy and Pho 79 in Broomfield. Now how is that for proof. We tried at Pho Saigon and Pho 88, and they did not get any allergic reaction at all. I really think people that eat pho and review about the restaurant they eat at need to think before they say or make comments. Making wrong judgement can ruin a person business and that is not fair. What I wrote here is base on my experience and my knowledge of Pho not that I have anything against any of the Pho place. I just write without any prejudice. Happy eating and enjoy! Remember, Pho is cook in my ways, and sometime we are so accustomed to eating at one place, we tend to not realize how other pho would taste and therefore we make bad judgment and criticize heavily because we didn't get what we want. Have a good day!

The broth is good but they don't give you hardly any meat. It will do in a pinch, but there are others much better not that far away.

I used to be able to find good advice from your articles.|
Thank you for every other magnificent post. Where else may anyone get that type of information in such an ideal manner of writing? I have a presentation next week, and I am on the search for such info.
