Very good. Not as good as Pho 88 (my favorite) but an excellent choice in Tucson.

Good, but not outstanding pho. Pho Thu is a better choice for Pho in Tucson, but Miss Saigon has an outstanding menu, consistently high quality, and the best Bun I've had in Arizona

I loved Miss Saigon from the first time I was dragged there from the U of A campus across the street. The soup there is amazing whenever you are sick, but make sure you dump in a good portion of Sriracha to liven it up like all good pho needs.

Man I went there twice. Can't wait to go back to Arizona. Was really good. The bun and pho was really good, really good location for the them right across from the school. Cause pho is the best hangover food.

The broth was spectacular but the meat that was supposed to be rare was already cooked through by the time it got to me. The noodles were slightly on the overdone and while I was definitely full, the large wasn't that big. Overall a good spot but didn't knock my socks off.
