This so-called "pho" isn't worthy of the name. A tragic disappointment, since Eureka is sorely lacking in the pho department.
Please, someone, anyone: open a REAL house of pho in Eureka, you will become rich and satisfy legions of pho-hungry people.

This is less than average. They do not specialize in Pho, so it is a part time effort. The veggies are not very plentiful nor very fresh. The varieties are limited to beef and seafood. I hope they improve their Pho in the future. The good news is, there are two new restaurants in town serving Pho. And both are good. Check them out.
