Good pho! but this place is dirty and the wall is out of balance, an average pho joint, people here don't smile, hum.W ell gotta check Pho #1 out...

I moved to Columbia from Seattle and have been to about 10 different Pho restaurants in the last six months looking for some good Pho. Well, I've been here twice and it is the BEST Pho in town.
The Pho is excellent with wonderful broth. If they painted the walls I would give it five stars.

They painted the walls! Update from me. I just moved and am sad to leave this area and Pho Nam.
I went there over 20 times in the end and always had a good bowl of pho.

Great Pho. I never rate restaurants... but this was worth it. Plain restaurant, but thats fine with me. I will return again.

I was disappointed by the limited menu here.
The ham/spam they used in the goi cuon was disturbingly spongy.
My sprouts were old, limp and browning as was the basil.
Terrible ambiance.
Pho#1 is right down the road.
In two more minutes you could be eating awesome food.

I am extremely impressed with PHO NAM. They do a great job of shaving the meat extra thin without skimping on portion size. The summer rolls are wonderful. The best part of this place however is the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce is a wonderful thick concoction that sticks to the rolls perfectly. My one beef is that each time I have been there (7 at this point) my sprouts have been brown and old looking and the basil always seems to be brown. FYI no credit cards here either.
