It's a great place to have Pho and spicy beef noodle soup. Everything is exceptional! (Nice set up, cleanliness, good service, good music....); I also love grilled dishes, they're delicious!

This is one of best Vietnamese restaurants in Virginia for good food, good service, friendliness, nice setup, relax and enjoyable atmosphere for eat-in, especially for Pho or beef-noodle soups. They have special spicy pho called BUN BO HUE - you don't want to miss this if you love spicy foods - #1 in town for beef tenderness & quality. Don't forget to try their CA PHE SUA DA - dripped ice & milk coffee. Forget Starbucks if you try this - for strong coffee lovers.

I've only tried Pho twice. The first time, several years ago, and wasn't too excited about it. Pho 98 changed my mind. It looks nice inside, it's in a great location, the people are friendly, the food is great.

Great service, nice atmosphere, nice variety on the menu and the food is wonderful. Once of the best that I have had in the Chantilly, Centreville, Manassas area.

I don't know what other people see in their broth!!! It was tasteless broth which needed a lot of hoisin and siracha to help it with flavoring. The rice dishes were better. I will stick with Pho Bistro at least their broth has more flavor.
